About Davincii
A publishing administration company for independent songwriters. Add your songs in moments — often just seconds — we register them with the societies that pay songwriters worldwide and collect what comes back — while you keep every point of ownership.
What we do
Your music earns money on two sides: the recording and the composition. Distributors handle the recording. The composition — the songwriter's side — moves through the system below. Most independent writers never fully enter it; unclaimed money is eventually redistributed to whoever did register.
01 — Written
You write, you record, you release. The recording side of your music has a whole industry built around it — distributors, playlists, labels. The composition underneath it is the half that goes missing. That's the half we exist for.
02 — Built
Adding a work takes moments in your dashboard — often just seconds — title, writers, splits. From there, we build the registration-grade file, match it against your existing catalog, and queue it for delivery — no spreadsheets, no separate logins to chase across a dozen society portals.
Priority artists on Davincii Blueprint — invitation only — get their entire back catalog assembled for them, hands off.
03 — Filed
Your works go out in CWR, the industry's standard delivery format — registered directly with the collection societies that track your performance and mechanical royalties worldwide.
04 — Watched
Societies answer every delivery with acknowledgment files. We read all of them — fix what bounces and chase duplicates — so your dashboard always shows what's actually confirmed, not just what was sent.
05 — Paid
Royalties come back from dozens of sources in dozens of formats. We reconcile them into line-item statements — per song, per society, per royalty type — in your dashboard. Our commission comes out of what we collect, never out of your pocket.

How we operate
You keep full ownership of your compositions, your masters, and your sync rights. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice — no minimum term, no lock-in.
Every song's status lives in your dashboard — submitted, registered, or needs your input — updated as it moves, not after you ask.
Our own publisher memberships, their own formats. No white-label middle layer between your catalog and the people who pay on it.
No upfront fee, no minimums. Our commission is a share of what we actually collect for you — nothing off the top.
Who's behind it
Davincii was founded in Brooklyn by Nitzan Gribetz, and it operates the way small publishers used to: the people who file your registrations are the same people who answer your email. No layers of account managers, no ticket queue — when a society bounces a work, someone here reads the acknowledgment file and fixes it. We keep the roster deliberately small so we know every catalog we administer.
Free to start. We only earn when you do.
