What Davincii Blueprint is

Davincii Blueprint is our done-for-you service for Priority Accounts. Instead of adding your songs one by one, we review your full discography, compare every work with society records, and register whatever is missing for you. It is available by invitation only.

What Blueprint does

For a Priority Account, we:

1. Review your releases: each track, its ISRC and ISWC, and its writers and splits.
2. Compare every work with society records to find gaps, such as songs that were never registered or were registered with missing details.
3. Register the works that qualify, using our own publisher memberships, with the societies that pay songwriters worldwide: ASCAP or BMI and The MLC in the US, with the rest of the world reached through their partner societies.

Songs we register this way appear on My Songs next to anything you add yourself. What each song status means explains the labels you will see there.

Who gets Blueprint

Davincii chooses Priority Accounts. We look at factors such as the size of your catalog, its commercial activity, and our own capacity, and we can offer or withdraw Priority status at any time. If your account is a Priority Account, you see a Priority Account badge under the greeting on your Dashboard.

What it costs

Nothing extra. There is no additional fee for Priority status or for Blueprint. Royalties collected through this work carry the same commission as everything else we collect: 15% of the performance royalties we collect (the publisher share) and 20% of mechanical royalties. What Blueprint won't do

Blueprint never files over another publisher. If another publisher already has one of your songs registered, we don't file it, and a song we found this way stays off your My Songs list. Why a song says Held explains why. We also skip songs that appear to be under an active agreement with another publisher or administrator, unless you tell us that agreement has ended.

If a song we register turns out not to be yours, tell us and we will withdraw or correct the registration.

If you don't have Blueprint

Every account can register songs. Use Add a Song to submit each song yourself, and we register it the same way. How to add a song walks through it, and our guide to registering your song explains what registration involves.

Opting out

You can opt out of Blueprint work, or pause or cancel it while it is in progress, at any time by writing to info@davincii.co. Opting out doesn't change anything else: songs you submit through Add a Song keep being registered as usual.
